We believe money alone not enough. Through money, mentoring, networking, we help kids grow into assertive, self-confident, successful adults, and to achieve and fulfill their dreams. We pair each scholarship recipient with a mentor. Selectively chosen/well connected Board Members serve as personal one-on-one mentors. We match Board members with scholarship recipients based on educational and vocational interests and needs. Our mentorships include monthly check-ins, educational workshops, an investment club to teach financial literacy, and at least 2 annual gatherings to foster a sense of community. At FPSF, we are committed to nurturing the personal and educational growth of our students, ensuring they have the tools to succeed in college and beyond. We run lean with almost 100% of donations and endowment going directly to scholarship recipients.
